Cancellation policy

Please provide us with a 24 hours cancellation notice for your appointment. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellations charge of 50% of the treatment. A full fee will be imposed for a 'no show'.

Tax Charges - We do not charge VAT

Credit Card Security - We use Paypal ( please see the official paypal website)

Guarantee - We guarantee your satisfaction. Any item you receive that is not in a completely satisfactory condition will be replaced. Damages and shortages must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns Policy - Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU distance selling directive which can be found at www. hmso. gov. uk

Payment is required before any Gift Vouchers can be dispatched.
